Lovely Review from Stylist in their Emerald Street blog…

…………………………….

In the shadow of St Paul’s Cathedral, a tiny corner of Italy has sprung up. Pastificio (‘fresh pasta shop’ to you and me) Mangio is a cute lunch spot selling mouth-watering Italian produce from behind a duck-egg-blue counter. There are three daily options, all handmade and cooked to order. The mushroom and thyme cappellacci with parmesan fondue sauce was full of flavour and perfectly al dente. Upgrade to a meal deal for a side salad (spinach, broccoli and samphire – no limp lettuce here), parmesan and bread from Princi Bakery in Soho. If you’re hungry for more, buy a box to take away and cook at home. Buon appetito.
